I’ve had a really positive experience with this clinic. Both the clinical and admin staff are consistently kind, welcoming and helpful, and communication has always been easy. There also seems to be plenty of appointment availability, which makes booking and finding suitable times much less stressful. I’ve always felt well looked after and would happily recommend the clinic to others.

I engaged with rest in essence in regard to doing some Organisational Leadership and Workplace Wellbeing Training. Ben was a pleasure to deal with, and Rest in Essence were very accommodating with our work schedule. Stephen who delivered the training was a wealth of knowledge and everyone who attended agreed the training was worthwhile. We are planning to some more training with Rest in Essence. I would highly recommend them. Rod
