Helpful and good service.
The staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Gayson took the time to explain our sleep test results and answer all our questions. My husband has been using his CPAP for four months now and feels so much better. I’ve only been using mine for a week and had some difficulty adjusting to the headgear. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and my concern was addressed right away. We truly appreciate Gayson’s patience, encouragement, and support throughout our CPAP journey. Highly recommend this team!
Disappointed with this business. They were friendly and helpful when it came to selling me a CPAP machine, but once the sale was made, the customer service seemed to disappear. After six months, I needed replacement parts. Getting in touch with them was difficult, and when I finally did, the response to my email was a single line with no real effort to help. Had a pulmonary test done here requested by my doctor. The staff were so professional and easy to talk to. Clarence did the test he took his time and explained everything step by step very professional and kind. I highly recommend this business. Hard to find businesses that real take care of you every step of the way
