Disappointed with this business. They were friendly and helpful when it came to selling me a CPAP machine, but once the sale was made, the customer service seemed to disappear. After six months, I needed replacement parts. Getting in touch with them was difficult, and when I finally did, the response to my email was a single line with no real effort to help. Had a pulmonary test done here requested by my doctor. The staff were so professional and easy to talk to. Clarence did the test he took his time and explained everything step by step very professional and kind. I highly recommend this business. Hard to find businesses that real take care of you every step of the way
This place emails me about my experience and I respond with issues and they do not respond. I spend $3200 and they forgot to include some small items that are easily mailed and they want me to go pick them up instead of sending them directly to me. You have a choice who you get your sleep apnea services from, I would chose a different place next time.
After the initial sleep test, I returned for the results. These were explained thoroughly. The next step was obtaining a machine. Once again I was given thorough instructions about cleaning etc. and received a follow up phone call. A couple of weeks later the messages from the app showed the mask wasn’t fitting properly.
