ZERO STARS BUT HAD TO MARK 1 OR POST BUTTON WON'T LIGHT UP. If you're referred here ask to be sent somewhere else. This facility was sent to me through QTC which sets appoints for VA Benefit purposes. My appointment was in Nov 2021 and my results have yet to be sent to the VA, reflecting as if I missed the appointment which was actually done in the facility in Landover MD. I will be letting QTC and the VA know that Rest Assured Sleep Disorder is definitely not worthy of providing any service to the Military on Activity duty ... read more

Unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant.. I arrived at my scheduled time and called per the instructions. There was no answer. Of course, I called again and still no answer. Long story short, the tech had an emergency and the manager was unable to come to perform the study. However, She promised me a $40 gift card for my inconvenience and a return call the following day to reschedule No one called to reschedule. After numerous attempts, two weeks later, I arrived to collect the gift card and it was only $25 present... read more

If i could put ZERO stars I would, my husband did sleep study through them-drove hour there and back twice to drop off and pick up. This was back in the beginning of August. They called to tell him that he needs to get the machine but literally radio silence since then, they do not pick up the phone nor respond to requests via fax. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to waste time and money. PS I hate leaving negative reviews .
