. Wow. This company is awful! The "operators" are uneducated and never do their job. The service department is on a constant lunch break. I have been nothing but respectful and I was JUST hung up on by (not releasing names) the head honcho there! Hung up on, like he was 13 years old. They don't call you back (speaking from 7 urgent phone calls). They have limited knowledge and are losing business daily bc of their lack of professionalism.
