I love working for this company. Everyone instantly started joking around with me and making me feel like apart of the family.
I'm a new employee at Rest Assured, everyone treats me very well. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a difference and help people.
If you love helping others & making a difference in their lives, this is the job for you. It is like working in a nursing home but without the physical labor. We monitor clients by camera(s) installed in their homes and following a care plan for each client. We build relationships and get to know the people we serve. I LOVE WHAT WE DO!!! I AM SOO THANKFUL TO BE ABLE TO WORK AT R.A.
The worse job experience. Poor management. Too many cut throat employees. Petty supervisor. Too many chatty women. Enclosed space. No sufficient break time.
When discussing options they explained lots of things which ended up not being available/offered, basically false advertising. Very difficult to work with/communicate with most of the time. Not recommended.
