Totally incompetent and rude management! Be cautious! This dealership refused to sell me a New Vehicle due to simple ****** search information found in cross-referencing my last name! Supposedly, my name has been identified on a, so called, "Do Not Sell"-Toyota list! Amazing... They say they have a "best price" policy, but when sitting down after the test drive to talk price, their best price became $2,000 more. THAT was the negotiating price ... not the sticker price. Then, I was told there would be detailing and conditioning, but NOT told it would take 2 weeks. My bank had to ask for the purchase order 5 times, and right away Ressler started asking over and over for the check, when I had not even signed my bank papers. Last December, I found a 2013 Wrangler Unlimited for $22,900 at Ressler Motors in Belgrade, MT. I told them I was interested and asked if they delivered, or if someone could meet me halfway. (They said no.") So, December 7, I drove to Belgrade from ***** (round trip of 726 miles!) My A/C didn't work in my little car, (I told them in a December 6 email.)
