The Representative at the collision center was ruid and arrogant. When we asked twice, why we're getting charged $1,000 with no fault of ours, he just said " Your insurance will cover it " Then, on the way home we heard rattling in the cargo space. It was the ruined parts from the collision. Why? We didn't ask for them. Months after the repair, we're still dealing with recuperating the $1,000.
My Volkswagen hit a deer. I needed to get the hood and quarter panels replaced. Progressive told me to go to Ressler Collision Center. They worked on my car for a month and insurance paid $8487.00 for the repair that originally was quoted at $4300.00. Items removed from vehicle never to be seen again.
