I should start by saying I'm not one to write reviews, but this place deserves all I can do to steer people in need of someone who's trustworthy, their way. After leaving the 3rd repair shop, and still holding a phone that has 14k+ pictures locked in it, I was finally referred to Resque Phone Repair. What a life saver!! I left work late, showed up at his place minutes before he (Brian) closes, and he hears my sob story out about how I don't have another phone, how I really need to have it repaired, Etc Etc.. and this sweet guy stayed an hour past his closing time just to repair my phone for me. Wouldn't even take a tip for staying longer! So charismatic, and honest. You have my business forever. -Nadine
Super cool spot to be at yo. Walked in, dude said tell me a story on how this happened, if you can make me laugh its on the house, Dude had my phone done in 25 mins. On the House!! Go See'em. They got a Boost Mobile sign now, but they still doin all the same repairs and stuff. Mad Props
Very easy, you've got a broken phone, this is where you can fix it. Thats it, done deal. Best techs in town. Trust me, my phone gets dropped, thrown at whoever is in my way (dont ask), dropped in water, and lord knows what else. Ive been to at least 4 other shops around this one, a regret I've learned from. A+++++ sweet shop, guy looked at the circuit board of my phone with me under a microscope and took the time to break everything down right in front of me. Totally BADAZZ!
After going to a couple other repair shops in the Troy area, this is now my GO TO store for repairs. If you want honesty and a high quality job done, I recommend Resque Phone Repair. I think the guy's name was Brian and he answered all my questions thoroughly and explained what needed to be done. I will definitely be back! Rock on!
This store is AWESOME!!! Guy took the time to actually go through my whole circuit board to find out what was going on because my new screen was still black, charged me $10 for 2 hours of extra work!!!! Highly Recommend
