This might be the single worst software solutions provider I have ever dealt with. We've paid them hundreds of thousands of dollars for customizations to their "flagship" product and their engineers are the surliest, least professional, least technically capable engineers I've ever dealt with in nearly 20 years of working in the software industry. Choosing them as a vendor has cost us countless dollars in sales and lost prestige to our company.
