This was our first time at the facility. Dr. Mendez was thorough and gave good feedback about the appointment (his rating is a 5). The front desk staff was rude. In particular, the female who sits at the window with tattoos on her arm. I don’t have anything against tattoos because I have one but she did not give her name and she did not have a name badge and that’s the best way to describe her. Her rating is a 1. She was intrusive and a bit argumentative.
