Very rude, unprofessional, and left a mess all in my halls of water and chemicals. When asked if they will clean it up, their response was they don't do hard floors, only carpets. EXCUSE ME?! YOUR COMPANY, YOUR MEN, DRAGGED THIS THROUGHOUT MY APT! NOT TO MENTION THEY WASTED MY DAY WAITING FOR THEM. SUPPOSED TO BE HERE BETWEEN 9AM AND 4PM....DIDN'T SHOW UNTIL 6PM. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
