They had our kitchen equipment in the garage while restoring the kitchen. The oven rusted and they installed it anyway plus lost our oven racks. Some of the electrical outlets have to be replaced. The ac unit was wired incorrectly and could have caused a fire. We had to hire another company to correct the mistake. I'll try to keep this short. These guys go by several different names, likely to avoid the rash of bad reviews. My experience with Venturi/Poole/Rapid Response started after a water leak damaged my wood kitchen floor. They were one of my insurance provider's recommended shops, so I gave them the job.
