Paul was helpful on the phone prior to his visit. It's important to get a fixed quote before work starts. There was an issue with the invoice amount, but Paul resolved this satisfactorily.
Make sure you get a fixed quote before work starts. They charged me for what they called "free advice" on the phone, as well as rounding up travel time. Their service was also disappointing because Paul was on the phone for most of the time he was here, and he was in such a rush to leave that he forgot to put one of the heat pump bolts back in. I'm sure they're probably good at the actual work, but the customer service and charging structure are poor.

If you enjoy being messed around with endless excuses these are the guys for you. Total lack of professional attitude towards anyone wanting to spend money with their business.. 3 separate jobs wanted doing, lies and false hopes. 0 stars unfortunately not available. Paul literally ignores you, don’t waste your time.
