I truly can't believe that this company is still in business. Putting the extraordinarily higher prices aside, these guys are crap! First off, they showed up without the needed materials. They actually forgot to bring a piece of plywood needed to mount a propane manifold to an interior wall, so instead of driving to the nearby Home Hardware, they simply scrounged around my basement and stole a sheet of material that I had set aside for a bag-toss game, then cut it in half without even asking me. Money grab.. Charged us 160. for a call out and 285. travel time. Call someone else if you don't want to get ripped off
Hired to remove old gas fireplace and install new one. The job took extra work for reframing the wall and adding tile. They made no effort to contain the dust and dirt which left our living room a mess. There were so many nails and debris left in the driveway that we had to hire a man to clean it up. The tile work was sub par. The trim pieces for the fireplace were left uninstalled.
Stay away, non existent craftsmanship, apprentices installing the HVAC with little experience. They hooked up my ac/ furnace drain into the main sewer with no p trap. It's only cause I was down in the crawl space checking their work after they left that I found out and made them fix it.
