Stay away, non existent craftsmanship, apprentices installing the HVAC with little experience. They hooked up my ac/ furnace drain into the main sewer with no p trap. It's only cause I was down in the crawl space checking their work after they left that I found out and made them fix it.
Alex and his guys were all very friendly, professional and accommodating. They are definitely not the least expensive though by far so I wish I had shopped around first for costs. Update- I asked Alex multiple times to check a gas smell that I had smelled from the very beginning as he had not done the installation himself he had left his guys to do it and then never checked it himself.
