The alarm is great and help is there when the button goes off and need help . But dont try to get ahold of anyone in the business office cause all you get is a recording and a hang up.
They charged me extra twice a month for 2 years and when I called them to talk to their accounting department or her supervisor , the Lady on the phone refused and told me she is in charge of all those titles. They were supposed to get back to me and I still have not heard any. They charged me over $1000 extra and I can proof it. She keep saying their accounting system was malfunctioned and they changed the system. They charged me double this month again. You better check your charges. I am canceling my membership.
Never used it , they double charged 3 months, triple charged 1month. Admitted it was billing error and said they would credit my card. Never got a credit and then they double charged me again the next month. I had to go through my credit card company to get reimbursed. Now they are starting the same BS ! What a scam company ! Reporting them to the BBB !
