If your in search of learning to eliminate sore muscles, aches & pains or just in need of an educated professional in the art of healing. Then do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Jessica. I had sciatic nerve issues, and after Jessica educated me on a few simple streches. Presto...the pain started to diminish. I can not say enough good things about Jessica and her work. She has such a calming presence, and a way about her that helps me to tune in to where in my body I need healing. She knows just what to do and say to help me heal, both physically and emotionally. I think everyone should receive healing work from her! I send both friends and clients to her regularly because everyone who receives her work leaves better than they came.

I struggle with chronic back pain and was not very fond of the idea of massage therapy or Reiki. Jess officially converted me. I was very surprised to find that not only was she able to physically ease the pain, she also helped ease a lot of stress and anxiety that was exacerbating the back pain using Reiki. I walk away from the sessions feeling like I am floating on a cloud. If you struggle with chronic anxiety or pain I would highly recommend seeing Jess at Respite Reiki and Massage.
