Don't expect them to call you, or call you back when promised. my partner's machine has been with them for 4 Months. they never called once, and don't return my calls. But they were happy to offer to rent a device to her while it was sent off for repairs. which was estimated at 30 days.

I called this company to get information about a part for my mobility scooter, there were no issues, nothing was too much, both the girl and the guy I spoke to were friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and assisted me exactly what I ask them.. Thank you both for all your help.
I have got a machine from these guys and they helped out big time. Very friendly and very considerate to the fact I had to travel 280klm to see them
The Team here are very helpful & were able to sort out a minor issue with my machine. Consult fee is very affordable & I will come back if needed
