Honestly the receptionists need a new personality some were lovely and some a damn right rude !!! Honestly I have no idea what your issues are but you don’t know treat clients like that !!! Waiting time is ridiculous then they ring you and expect you to drop everything and run because they had a cancellation and make it a me problem , they book an appointment without any consultation with you, the nurse lady nearly broke my teeth doing tests and shoving the machine in my mouth and this is before I have even seen the doctors
Dr Miranda Smith is an amazing Doctor, very thorough, caring knowledgeable, she knows what she is talking about, she takes the time to go through all your medical history, and she puts you on the right track & she does it with a smile on her face & makes you feel comfortable.
