I had a very poor experience here. Take your money elsewhere, they don't deserve it.
My mask broke and I went to my regular supplier who couldn’t get the same mask nor did they attempt to suggest another mask. I called here and we talked to Jody and she said she had what I needed. While I was there she showed me other harness and masks. I switched to the newer mask and harness and I know I will have a better sleep. I will definitely return and purchase my CPAP supplies from this company
I would not recommend this vendor at all. Both my spouse and I experienced horrendous service with this RTS inc. We went to their competitor after our bad servicing. I have full confidence that we made the right decision in not continuing with RTS inc.
Fantastic service, Awesome staff. If you think you may have Sleep Apnea, go see RTS, I picked up a new CPAP today and my therapist fully explained my sleep study results and gave me a complete demonstration on how the machine worked. You can even track your own sleep data online, as well as on your mobile through an app. Couldn't have asked for better service, thanks Sara and all the staff at RTS.
