Yeah I'm done with this place, they NEVER answer their phone. We are not permitted to have our cell phones on us during work so a call back is pretty much impossible and I have the same hours as they do so going there is also very difficult. And the odd time I have gone there it is never busy, I don't know why they can't answer the phone. I prefer to support local businesses but looks like I'm going to have buy my supplies online, cheaper and much less aggravating.
People here are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I was traveling and my cushion from the mask was lost. The front desk person even though they did not have my Model of mask for the cushion gave me the solution with another mask to make sure my journey remains comfortable. If you are looking for exceptional service as well great collection for sleep therapy machines and accessories this place is must a visit.

When my husband needed a reservoir for his CPAP while on a cruise vacation, we had a day in Corner Brook. We were referred to Respiratory Therapy Specialist by the pharmacist. Was on vacation and got a tear in my CPAP mask. Just showed up at the Corner Brook office and the team there jumped into action and was able to find a replacement, get me all the paperwork to claim back on my HSA. Super friendly and super helpful (even though I didn't have an appointment). Highly recommend!
