Never got the Scan that needed to be done before the appointment, then billed me $475 with no warning. It should have gone through Private Health. Very disappointed with the interaction.
Dr Foo was very competent. I was surprised and appreciated that he turned up when I had a procedure done at Box Hill hospital
I felt that the receptionist at the time of my visit left a bit to be desired. Spoke with a very loud voice when on the phone with another staff member. I felt it was b unprofessional
This clinic is all about money. You have to pay upfront for initial appointment (over $400), they I had to pay another $240 before the doctor would tell me over the phone the results of my CT scan!!! On top of that Dr Makki wrote to my GP with the wrong patient information. Save your money and go elsewhere.
