I had a sleep study here and it was a really good experience. The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and everything was explained clearly.
tHE FERNTREE GULLY OFFICE. Don't waste your time or money. Technician was so rude, and I am not sure whether he understood what I had said at all. I went in the first visit and a mask was "fitted", the technician did not start it up with it on, just fitted it. Well, it did not function correctly. I’ve seen Dr Sadie Porza for the last year due to frequent exacerbations of asthma. I am now the best I have been with my asthma, requiring less medication and improving my quality of life. A great clinic!
Poor and all about the money. They called me and said there was an appointment available to then only to be left in the waiting room for 25min. They make you pay upfront and now I know why so you don’t walk out. The 15min appoint cost $410 to look down your throat and check your blood pressure, then book you in for another appointment which the Dr said was $120 but the the reception charges $170. And then guess what we need to book you in for another appointment for 15min for another $240.
