After my first consultation I was told I would be contacted in the next few days. Didn’t hear back from anyone for almost 3 weeks. Kept being asked for my name and number and someone call me Very bad communication, have to call multiple times throughout the day before someone answers. Was told I wouldn’t be able to reschedule my appt if I needed to. Then they canceled my appt because the dr was going on vacation. Seems to me patients are not a priority. Worst experience ever dealing with a medical facility.
