Very rude, people serving you don’t even know what they are talking about and barely know what a cannula is. Responded to my frustration with “CALL CORPORATE I JUST WORK HERE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE “. And HUNG UP ON ME. They said they took over several companies and only gave cannulas for 7 ft and 25, 50 ft regular and soft oh and junior. SO…. They took over all these companies and only supply 3 cannula items !!! Wow . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD TO HAVE THEM PICK UP HOSPITAL BED SINCE THEY WANTED TO CHARGE INSURANCE FOR ANOTHER MATTRESS VERY POOR SERVICE (NOT RECOMMENDED) AT ALL THE SERVICE U GET FROM THEM IS POOR AS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR PATIENTS AT ALL

Their staff is insulting and unprofessional. After being with them for one year, I changed to another company. They are terrible over the phone, and their staff always tries to postpone your delivery. They told me again and again that insurance was not allowing the CPAP supplies, and when I checked with insurance, they had given no instructions like that.

Everyone here and on the phone are so helpful , They really engage with the customer and truly want to help. Kudos to your team . I was granted Oxygen due to a very rare autoimmune condition and they have been so helpful everytime I go to the store or on the phone . The man who sets up the cpaps and bipaps is fantastic please don't lose him . He is so super nice . Thank you for what you all do . :)
