I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained in a pleasant caring manner by the friendly staff.
Had a really unpleasant experience here, reception was rude, Dr rushed my appointment and dismissed my concerns. Don't recommend.
Had a great experience at Respiratory SA lately. led by the friendly dynamic duo (aka The Umbilical Sisters) Rita & Lina, I was well looked after by Dr. Michael Chia who attended my results quickly and professionally. I can highly recommend this clinic to others, Daniel.
Doctors are really nice and most of the staff members, except one lady. I was saying thank you, she didn’t even bother to reply me back but hanging up on me straight away. I called back and asking if she’s ok. She said she does not recall she hanged up on me when I legit heard the phone clicking. If you not happy working you should just go home instead of ruining other people’s early morning with your unprofessional attitude.
Amazing staff. So friendly and empathetic. The staff were very knowledgeable and the doctor was amazing.
