The woman who owns this place lie's to you and charges your insurance more than she tells you i got a cpap machine from her and only owed her $70 left to pay it off and she sends me a Bill for $250 with some trumped up charges and she told me when I picked up the machine I'd get filters and masks every 6 months at no cost to me cause my insurance paid for them at no cost to me and I never received them please don't ever use them well some how after I posted this review he lady owner came up with some trumped up paperwork by ... read more
No this is not a scam review and yes the owner dud tell me my doctor dose not know what there talking about and yes she dose not want to order people new supply's when they need it after 5 years I can get a new cpap and than the owner had an attitude about it saying my doctor did not know what there talking about and I called my insurance and they will pay in full for a new machine all the owner has to do is bill them which she dose not want to take the time to do apparently so I will be using another company
This company has some serious God issues. The owner, Jim helped me with a CPAP machine. I bought it from him with help from my insurance. After two months he informed me that my insurance was going to demand a review of my machine use at the three month mark. He informed me that I would probably be fine but that I needed to use the machine for at least 4 hours a night for a certain number of nights per month. They charge $153 for a nebulizer you can purchase at any online medical supply site for around $30-40. That $153 included what my insurance covered which means this company is really taking advantage of people! SHAME ON THIS COMPANY!!!!
Purchased product from this CPAP supplier approximately 4 years ago. I called seeking assistance with Phillips recall, as directed to do so by Philips, Before I could ask for any assistance the customer service agent interrupted me saying, “we ask that you take your business elsewhere “.
