Rachel is amazing! She answered all my questions with ease and is very knowledgeable about the needs of Pulmonary patients and equipment. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know. You never get a second chance to make a great first impression and Rachel provided such a wonderful experience.
All we want is my husband's records sent to his new doctors office. We have left a number of different messages, emails and can't get anyone from your office to call us back! The lack of communication is very poor and very unprofessional! I mean how hard is it to send his records?? This office will not contact you back for nothing! Get it together! I just left a message for the office manager, let's see if she calls me back!!!!!! I don't even see how your office is still in business. 😡😡
