Dr Lin is a nice man and possibly a good doctor. How would I know? I've had to change doctors because his office is complete incompetent. IF you can get ahold of them (I actually had to go to the office once to try to get an appointment), they can't help you because their "system is down. " They tell you they will call you to make the appointment, and they never do. I've left MULTIPLE messages and they never called me back. THEN they blind scheduled me. I recommend him to everybody I know. Sees the whole patient, not just how they are breathing.
Rachel is amazing! She answered all my questions with ease and is very knowledgeable about the needs of Pulmonary patients and equipment. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know. You never get a second chance to make a great first impression and Rachel provided such a wonderful experience.
All we want is my husband's records sent to his new doctors office. We have left a number of different messages, emails and can't get anyone from your office to call us back! The lack of communication is very poor and very unprofessional! I mean how hard is it to send his records?? This office will not contact you back for nothing! Get it together! I just left a message for the office manager, let's see if she calls me back!!!!!! I don't even see how your office is still in business. 😡😡
