I took my senior mother there and they refused to see her because we were 5 minutes late. We wasted gas and time going there and the arrogant Hartz refused to see her and they thought wed actually make another appointment. Not on your life! This policy directly contradicts his philosophy statement. What a joke! We will not be back nor would we recommend them.
