I have used this company since around 2020 they have been great until today I’m having my cpap and sleep study needs changed to the VA appointment next month because I retired and lost my bcbs insurance and I tried to buy a head strap without a updated prescription you can’t buy a head strap from them according to a lady there I’m pretty sure it was just one certain employee there because everyone else I’ve dealt with has been so helpful and just great . Total scam do not go here. I'm a 50 year old male with a 800 credit score only negative review I've ever give. The lady run my insurance bc/bs had for 22 years and said my resupplies 100% covered. Straight up lied sent me a bill for $139 a few months later. Couldn't ever get them to answer phone had to call the cooperate. Wouldn't take anything back then charged me late fee. Said to think how much money they have made screwing over people like this.
Kammie in the Jasper AL office was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Left with my issue resolved.
