From my husband: RESPIRAS is a breathing program that helps you to relax and teaches you to breathe the correct way. I have been athletic my entire life and played softball into my mid-sixties until COVID complications ended my playing days. COVID impacted so many areas of my health. When I came to Roberto I had a lifetime of coughing behind me but the previous 3+ years had become so severe that I wondered if I could die from coughing. My wife Tommie & I were both hospitalized in early March 2025 with flu and pneumonia. For post-hospitalization care, we were given limited recommendations. We were looking for something more comprehensive, a bit more focused on sustained recovery. Colorado Sammy loves his breath work. I mean some good breathing techniques and you could fall asleep in one hour. It was a former military guy when I hear that the Navy Seals use certain breathing techniques to help them when they are in certain situations or areas that is really ideal to fall asleep Makes you realize how important breathing is so I paid attention and I did the technique they taught me and they were amazing and I felt great and I may go back to them again.
