Respiras is amazing. I grinded my teeth and clenched my jaw for most of my life. When a dentist tried to help me my teeth were permanently moved, and the problem was made far worse than it originally was. The only solution the dentist could give me were braces. I was out of breath with the slightest exertion, not getting enough sleep, and was so fatigued that had to cut my hours way down at work. My doctor put me on oxygen 24/7 and then I got a referral to Roberto at Respiras. I started his program and in about two weeks what I learned about breathing allowed me to get off oxygen during the day. I am now sleeping longer, and definitely have more energy.
