Iv worked at Respectful care since 2019 I never thought I’d be able to work in care until I met this team. Being new to care they showed me the ropes and I’ve been here ever since. I can’t imagine working anywhere else. The management team are very approachable and understanding on flexibility. Absolutely disgusting do not look after this person that the house smells of urine and the client looks disgusting and homeless and also the carers lie about what's going off wouldn't trust this company as far as you could throw them they don't have the best interest in the client would recommend to use these

Booked this care company and they almost killed my dad. Writing a review so that this pre-warns others. 1. My dad takes 2 tablets only and the ‘carers’ overdosed him on one tablet and did not give him the other. I noted this when building out his nomad when taking out the sachets. This went on for 2 weeks. My dad was taken to A&E with life threatening symptoms pretty much after this company became involved in his care and We’d put it down to his health issues.
