Good experience. Technican explained how to use the machine in detail and gave good tools for backup
Kenneth Lundy did a great job of explaining everything to me and showing me how it works
Ask for Kellie at Eastern Star location near Kingsport. She is very helpful and told us things the Stone Dr location didn't address. We wasted a week with a mask that wouldn't stay sealed. We find out that mask is known under high pressure to lose its seal. He was not supposed to have a mask with magnets due to a pacemaker, but was allowed to choose one at the Stone Dr location. So happy we went to Kellie at Eastern Star location!
