We received amazing service from Delicia & Shanta at this location. My husband was in town for a show, forgot part of his CPAP mask, and they took care of him. I spent hours calling all over town without anyone even trying to help. Couldn’t be more impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond. Truly rare service. I can’t thank you both enough!!

The customer service with Effie was very disrespectful. I am applauded at the level of unprofessional conduct to a client/ patient that use oxygen. They have no respect for people.

Trying to change company They do not need to be in medical supply business. Left one review. Wish I could leave more!! To bad no stars is not an option.....

I’ve been having to deal with this office for years now. They are always rude when you call. Once one of them doesn’t like you they all act the same way. The manger backs up their disrespectful behavior. I don’t normally leave reviews as you can see but they are just plan awful. If you call the district number it’s nothing like that. They are night and day. You would think they would have replaced that whole office by now. It’s really bad
