Run! after many years with them, this was the final straw. I had my 10 L concentrator fail and it was about 4 AM on a Thursday so I called it in troubleshooting it. They said they would have a tech call me back right away. I call back in an hour I said no one’s called. On call dispatch said give them more time, I called back in two hours . I said to Dispatch no one’s called and about that time the concentrator completely failed and blew white powder on the floor.. We received amazing service from Delicia & Shanta at this location. My husband was in town for a show, forgot part of his CPAP mask, and they took care of him. I spent hours calling all over town without anyone even trying to help. Couldn’t be more impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond. Truly rare service. I can’t thank you both enough!!

The customer service with Effie was very disrespectful. I am applauded at the level of unprofessional conduct to a client/ patient that use oxygen. They have no respect for people.
