The staff was ontop of scheduling for the day, I was called to fill a spot left open by a cancelation. I was seen a week earlier than my appointment. After the xrays Dr came in and was very personable which enabled us to have a relaxed conversation about my tooth future. The explanation of my options, nutrition, medical conditions and referrals made a very good conciliation. The staff made my referral appointment and I was out the door in under an hour. I love having a local Dr.
I was absolutely terrified to get some w9rk done as im a recovering addict. But from Cowan and his team were so patient with me and even called to check on me after I had gotten home. Looking forward to my next visit. Good job yall
