Good service until recently. Driver called and said couldn't find house, and I missed appointment!! I find Customer Service OK up to now.

I tried to use this service but the woman answering the phone was so rude and nasty. Here I am legally blind and they woman would not look my name up and claim I was not one of their clients. She was nasty, vile and rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I hate the customer service here. The black lady that works here and calls herself a manager has a horrible disposition.
Our driver today was excellent. Helped with the wheelchair and was back to pick us up within 10 mins after making the return pickup.
