THEY GAVE ME THE HARDEST JUST TO OPEN A SAVINGS ACCOUNT. I'VE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD AT A CREDIT UNION. ONE OF THE TEAM LEADS OF THERE VIRTUAL TEAM THOUGHT IT WAS OK TO OVER TALK ME AND NO PROVIDE ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT SHOULD NEVER TAKE 4 DAYS TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. I PROVIDED EVERY DOCUMENT THEY ASKED AND STILL THEY ASKED FOR MORE!
