I visited R1CU today to make a deposit and Mr. Sangeeth help me out with ease and also asked me about opening CD's which did not cross my mind. I will be looking into this CD's and thank Mr. Sangeeth for his help and infornation. Keep up the good work.
Avoid at all costs. We have a small auto loan with them and the payment system is designed to be as difficult as possible. Online portal is horrendous and the pay-by-phone system is archaic. We initially had autopay setup but they deleted all of our account information and you now have to "link accounts" on their site to make a payment but it does not work properly. We regret using them every single day but it was who the dealer went through. It's 2025. Please update your systems accordingly.
