Celina (Manager) and Rana (Front Desk Clerk) i had a very poor experience with customer service at this branch with these two. I came in because money was being taken out of my account fraudulently. I had already spoken with customer service, who told me I could go to the branch to receive a comp replacement card. I opened a business account on August 13th. I immediately had the issue of not being able to transfer money internally from my checking to my savings. My daily transfer limit was set at zero. I was told that this was an issue with new accounts, that they would check into it and get back with me. No one ever got back with me. I called nearly every day, and all they would tell me is "I can open a ticket for you." I was reassured that I would get a follow up call on each ticket I opened.
