I'm sorry, The online customer service is very poor, and they never bother to keep the customer informed. I don't recommend it.
When in to make a deposit through their drive thru, when I pulled up there were no other cars. Two cars pulled up 10 mins after and they were assisted before me. I rang the bell about 10 mins after the cars were assisted and the employee looked confused as if no transaction had ever been sent. No acknowledgment of any type or update that my transaction was being worked on. Will block your card without proper notification.
At First, I gave them a five star since they got new people. They are so rude and no help and when you call customer service, they are no help either. I wish I can give them zero stars
