I have always love Resource Cycling for bike service but recently found out they wax and sharpen skis! They did such a good job with a quick turnover time. A local ski shop had a 2 week wait while Resource had them done in 24 hours! Both guys who work there are so nice and friendly! I highly recommend them for both bike and ski services!
This is exactly what you want in a bike store. Friendly, fast, and honest. Fixed my problems, did some extra tuning, didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or upsold, and sent me on my way quickly. Super great !
We were visiting from out of town when we realized our e-bike tire tube was flat. Even though this shop was 30 minutes away, it was absolutely worth the trip. They fixed the tire quickly, but when we got back to our rental we noticed something was still stuck in it, which had caused the puncture. We brought it back the next morning and they repaired it for free. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
Awesome service. No repair shops in Cortland area, took ebikes up to these guys. Had a flat on mine and needed a tune up on my son’s.They said a couple of days for flat and following week for tune up. They called me the day after I took them up. Both of them done! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would absolutely recommend them.
I am a longterm customer of Resource, and before Resource opened, I was a regular at the former incarnation of the shop in Manlius. Jeremy and Kevin are unfailingly scrupulous and deeply knowledgable, and they serve customers with unfailing politeness and investment. I would recommend them to anyone, regardless of their cycling experience or what and how they ride, and I feel lucky to live close to the shop.
