Great Vacation Rentals in Utah is a total Rip off/SCAM! They blow tons of smoke and beyond high pressure, like bullying to buy in!! If I could leave no stars I would , this company uses high-pressure sales. I would not recommend them to anybody.in my opinion when you tell someone 10 plus time your not buying and they still try to sell it to you and over talk you that’s high pressure sales .

DISHONIST - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! We were told that we could stop making payments if we decided to no longer use this service. After 3-4 years of not using this service enough we talked with Debb to stop payments. We also sent written documentation that we no longer wished to renew. They charged us anyway. We called Kurt to reverse the charge. After multiple calls/messages neither Kurt nor Debb would respond to us. We worked with our bank to reverse the charge. Their vacations were okay. Good hotlist if you can take time off on short notice, which as a young family we never could. They have resorts, but never where we wanted to go. We like camping and doing outdoor stuff in the Jackson hole area. Tried to go to banff in Canada too and that was a no go. We asked them to cancel our membership as it just didn't seem worth it and for now just use VRBO and air bnb since we couldn't afford the flights to places for our family anyway. Scam!!! The website is not user friendly. It makes it so impossible to look up or book your own vacation. I feel like I waisted my money. We haven't gone anywhere and it's because trying to find anything gets so exhausting we just give up. We did try calling in and were not helped at all. I have since tried to cancel and they only allow you to cancel by calling one man who NEVER answers the phone. This is a scam, do not go through them!!! Scam scam scam!!!! Class action lawsuit anyone?
