Beware!!! Worst rental company ever as they will charge you for everything. They refuse to fix things in a timely manner. I gave my 60 days notice to terminate my lease Rich Schaffer accepted it and then I was charged additional days so they could keep my security deposit past lease termination date. Asked for documents regarding my refund and never provided it.
the worst realtor they will rip you off, over charge you for rent, maintenance fees and take your money without authorization!!! very unprofessional!!!
