Absolutely inexcusable. I have tried using email, the member portal, and the phone to contact them to no avail. They were quick to take my money but negligent in following through so I can't even use my timeshare. I have been trying to make reservations since September 2025. I have received no replies to my emails. The member portal seems to be down or non-functioning. I only get through on the phone to stay on hold for a long time with no one answering.
