No one answer phone calls in the company’s offices
I've been happy with my contract with travel smart who is affiliated with resorts advantage. As long as your yearly dues are paid in full than you can pretty much do it yourself online ofcourse I also like directly to an agent especially for confirmation codes and times, date and who I spoke with. Overall we have booked 4 vacation at all were a great value. Still glad that we joined NOW THAT THEY WON'T EVEN LET ME IN MY OWN MEMBERSHIP AFTER PAYING AND PAYING! THRU COVID AND EVERYTHING! Terrible customer service was on hold today for 3 hours and 20 minutes and still didn’t get to make my reservation!
After being swindled out of thousands of dollars I continued to receive harassing and threatening calls and letters from this company despite several Cease and Desist letters verifying the illegitimacy of the alleged debt. Protected both under consumer laws including (FCCPA and the Military Lending Act). I've received harassing letters in the mail, back to back phone calls and emails all on an invalid debt. Stay far, far away from this company.
