I stayed with my family at the island princess, unit 402....very disappointed! This unit needs major upgrades and major maintenance work! The furniture is dirty and stained. I sat on one of the chairs and fell to the ground because one of the legs was broken. Ice machine barely makes any ice. Beds weren't even made when we arrived!! All the bedding was tossed on the closet floor! The bathroom doors do not lock. For what I paid, I expected this unit to be in tip top shape. The staff is amazing. They were so helpful and nice. Jessica was especially amazing. She really went out of her way to help us with an unusual request. They will be my first choice when I go back t Ft. Walton Beach or any where they manage property .
