I write because after calling VRBO last week, I’m unsatisfied with the proposed resolution of this cancellation by the property owner which clearly goes against VRBO’s T&C. I’ve spent a great deal of money to date in booking this vacation later this year with Steve Donahue on VRBO, and I would have expected a clearer plan to either reinstate the reservation if it was incorrectly terminated or for VRBO to book me in a comparable property within the same area ASAP. Horrible Company. I have been trying to get a refund for a Steamboat Springs rental scheduled for May of 2020. Covid hit and I cancelled the reservation because the scheduled wedding could not take place in town. VRBO refunded me their fee but this bunch still won't refund the remainder of the deposit. I have given them plenty of time. I have been patient. They do not return phone calls or text messages. This is ridiculous!! Please stay away from this group. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
This firm is not what represent if you want a home . Had a rental over x mas . Home had issues with sewage , dirt , dust , and mold . Not suitable for a 28 month old . Operators reimbursed the cost of the rental without hesitation . However Resortia took no responsibility for our out of pocket cost for not using the the unit. We had to leave , rearrange our x mad for 8 people . Go direct to rent luxury homes these guys do not take any responsibility .
