Everything was perfect for many years but this year has been a nightmare. We were told one thing when we reserved but another thing later regarding checking in about noon rather than 4 PM. After making and confirming reservations and calling to say that we did not receive any information we were cancelled with no notice, despite having my phone number and email and despite having rented many times before. Fortunately the house was still available but I will go through an owner next time.
