Great people, great company. We booked a month long vacation through them in November 2015. They took care of everything we needed. Our kids flew in, with grandbabies, and the girls at the office took the car seats we purchased to give to new moms. (We didn't want the hassle of taking car seats on the plane). During our stay we had 2 issues come up. A buzzer was going off in the pool machinery and they sent a guy out to fix it that day. And then the dish stopped working. I love St. George for its simplicity and unspoiled natural beauty. My dog loves it as much as I do!
This has been a nightmare. If you are looking to book do not do it here. My family had to cancel our reservation due to a family matter and even though we took out what we thought was insurance that covered canceling we have been charged almost the entire deposit. Horrible experience for such a beautiful vacation place. I Will tell everyone I know to not use this rental company!!!!
Love working with RVP. They make vacations so easy.
Elevator failed and were promised a credit. Difficult for elderly parents! I was hung up on. Calls were not returned for over a month and were told no credit!
