We called the company and booked a house for a week. Called them mind you, not booked online. Paid $2,350 deposit. A week later they called us and raised the price by 50% and said that in their contract it allows them to raise the price. No thanks. Shady business and now we patiently wait for a refund. Look elsewhere for a vacation rental. I am afraid that this place is a scam.
Beware of this company. They took advantage of my 89 year old mother in law when she made her reservation for two homes during Thanksgiving week 2017 by charging her more than $500 for "travel insurance". They refused to refund the overcharge and I suppose legally they can rely on the fact that she "agreed" to it, but the 30 members of our family who will be together on TG know they know what they did and that it is wrong. My mother in law has used this firm for more than ten years. Never again.
