The team went out of their way to help with an issue as well as assisting with some other bits and pieces which they did t have to. Thank you so much for doing that, very very appreciative!
I recently purchased a trailer shell which included the VIN but nothing else. It turns out Resort Trailers originally made the trailer. The staff advised what I needed to bring the trailer back to life and made super custom ramps and a large storage box. All were very reasonable priced. When I asked about doing the wiring loom, they advised it would is straight forward to do, so this saved me money. Horrible experience. Had some work done on my trailer to have it registered, however they filled out the paperwork incorrectly and I had to go back (over an hour driving). When I got there, they guy who filled out the original paperwork was extremely aggressive and abusive as he wasn't happy that he had to fill in the paperwork again to get the trailer registered, he started yelling at me and slamming the paperwork down on the counter - what a disgrace. Plus their work is very over-priced. DO NOT GO THERE.
Absolutely blown away by the service and advice provided by the team for our trailer. Highly recommended and look forward to dealing with them again soon!
