The people here were nice enough, but the sales process is very misleading. Make sure they show you available resorts on the website. If they won't do this, do not buy! They try to sell you on getting up to 2 weeks with 15,000 points which is true, but the amount of times and the places you can go are very limited. I was also told that there were weeks in Florida near Orlando for 17-18k points with 2 bedrooms and shown them in the book, but when I got my online access, they were closer to 30k+ per week for almost any resort ... read more

Well my husband and I wanted a timeshare. They said $800 down then they would set up payments of less than $100 a month. Said after we paid $800 they would send us everything we needed to start using out investment immediately. We paid the $800 and they never sent nothing. Its been 4 months I've tried to call them repeatedly a guy named Steve always says he'll call me back but never does. They took my $800 dollars and totally ghosted us. Were going to have to get a lawyer and sue them to get our money back. And if thats what... read more

We were trying to sell our timeshare and we went through presentation about getting points instead of the week we were trying to sell. After 2 hours, we signed up because they made it look like 15,000 points was going to get you a couple of weeks with points. Well they are using a very old RCI book with points that are totally not true. They also told us there would be no charge to book with RCI but there is a $249 transfer fee to book your vacation with RCI. Timeshare presentation was ok but the gift was horrible! We got a reward of $25 for both my husband and myself from rockfish restaurant. The waitress had us feeling bad about even using them. Had to get a drink also. Charged us more than other people paid for the same food. Didn’t tell us the specials. For a high priced restaurant it was horrible experience! Waitress said we have to lose 80 percent on these coupons! It is our big Anniversary and didn’t need to feel like little kids with a dollar McDonald’s cone coupon. Come ... read more
