This company Listed a home that sleeps 16 on VRBO at Boyne. I tried renting for ski weekend and 3 small families. Jessica barely responded, other than to ask about how many children and their ages. Then she waited 20 hours and gave the information that it only sleeps 12 and if I wanted to request to reserve again (after the reserve window expired) that I could. I hope the house owner realizes this company is not worth their fee.
I have used Resort Rentals North many times over the past few years and I must say all of my experiences with this company have been awesome! They are so attentive and willing to go way out of their way to accommodate any need. They are a direct contact so communication is very easy. I look forward to my next booking with them because I know they will always take great care of me. Thank you to the team at Resort Rentals North for providing me and my Family with years of wonderful memories!
Resort Rentals North is the best company to go through when booking a vacation rental in Northern Michigan hands down. My stay was amazing!
Resort Rentals North did an amazing job coordinating our stay. They are very responsive and made the process easy. My group of 12 and I procrastinated on booking a place for the 4th of July Weekend (busiest season of the year) and Resort Rentals North managed to find us a place last minute on Lake Charlevoix when everything else in the surrounding area was booked. We had an amazing stay and will definitely go through them again next year!
The Resort Rentals North team was very helpful in our visit to Charlevoix and helped with all questions that we had during our stay. Keisha and her team were very prompt with responses and I appreciate them being accommodating with our unique situation. All the best and hope to be back next summer.
