Don't just walk...run away from doing business with this company. I am currently renting 7026 Southwind in Rodanthe NC for a week, which is by the beach. A flood warning has been in effect since Sunday and due to all the ocean over-wash the property has been surrounded by water since Monday 5/9 and it continues to get worse with each high tide as both stairs on the property are in low lying areas and apparently get flooded easily. Our house was very dirty. They were supposed to send someone out. They never showed up. I spent the first two days of our vacation cleaning. Also had to spend money on cleaning supplies.

Warning: this company does not clean or inspect their houses . The do not respond to needs. They are rude and hateful especially Amy! The houses are not what you see on the web sites. They don't care if you get sick due to their lack of cleaning. They put seals on toilets but never clean them! Sinks and shower have toothpaste and old soap. Trash left food left out on counters. We rented and arrived at this disgusting dump today. Where to start? Stained furniture, carpets, water damage - potential mold, dust, absolute filth. They failed to put pictures of that on the website. Only option is to petition the owner for a refund which probably won't happen. Spent a fortune on this awful place. My family booked a house late last year for our family reunion in July of 2020. Due to COVID-19 many of our family members who were traveling from across the country did not feel safe. We cancelled our reservation and were told that we would only receive a refund (minus the $125 cancellation fee) if the house rebooked. The house did rebook but at a lower rate. We were then told that we were responsible for the difference. The company kept nearly $2200 of our deposit, not $125

Upon arrival Saturday night, the house was a filthy, disgusting disaster. It looked like it hadn’t been clean in months, and I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in a bus station. After contacting Resort Realty, they sent two people over who shared a towel and wiped parts of the house down again. Apparently this company’s definition of “Clean” is different from everyone else’s.
