White Sands #19 Ocean drive in Southern Shores shouldn’t be in your portfolio nor should it be rented in the near future. Black Mold in most air vents, return hasn’t been cleaned in years, every time it rains it sounds like a hose is running behind tv, smoke detectors were not working & there isn’t a single GFI outlet in kitchen or bathrooms
I cannot recommend this rental company. Aquaintances renting this home pulled up to this sight! I, as a neighbor, had just called the company to let them know the condition cleaners/previous renters left the property. The new renters called a few hours later. I called again the following day, and still the trash remains littering the area along with a stench in 90+ degree weather. Resort Reality trucks have passed by, but no action.
